Please provide your information, reason for order (example...refinance, purchase/sell) or if it is your real property and you are inquiring of basic status of title. 

If you are a law firm, title company or bank entity

Provide all of your information including name address and phone number of your company.

Name of certifying attorney that will review title

Type of property (residential/commercial)

Your file number for reference on results

Turn around time to receive results 5-7 business days for residential (unless title is more complex) 

7-14 days for commercial. Timing may change if it is a large, complex project.

If ordering document copies only

Provide county, type of document and Book & Page

Rush available upon request for additional fee for all services

Courier Service - provide pickup location, delivery location, type of package and estimated time service is needed.

Provide an email for the results to be turned in

I do not provide hard copies unless you pay a delivery fee in addition to abstract or document copies.

Individuals need to pay via GoDaddy Payments, Zelle or PayPal when placing order. 

Law Firms, Corporations, Investors & Banks are required to pay upon receipt of results unless you have been setup to pay at time of closing or other arrangements have been approved. All invoices are to paid within 30-60 days of results and are to be paid even if the deal or closing terminates.
